There are many hard problems associated with digital governance of virtual space, driven by the fluid and weakly-connected populations being governed. By shifting focus to physical settings, namely that of co-located housing communities, the same digital interventions can prove very effective. This talk will discuss such an application, some of the motivating ideas and goals, and the future of the project.
